My Story

With the start of fall comes all things pumpkin.  Pumpkin coffee.  Pumpkin ice cream.  Pumpkin pancakes.  Pumpkin soups.  Pumpkin pasta.  Pumpkin donuts.  Pumpkin curry.  Pumpkin quiche.  and of course, Pumpkin pie.

For the whole month of October I’m going to eat at least one pumpkin or other seasonal squash meal to maximize pumpkin intake in the short time when pumpkin everything is still acceptable.  This is a challenge to myself to be true to my pumpkin loving spirit and make the most of pumpkin season, and a test to see if I can really have 30+ pumpkin meals in 30 days.  Plus, what else would I do with my time now that I’m done with law school?
